This last project was a unique shoot to capture censorship. As a society we are censored from just about everything, people are taken away from certain things just because someone "said-so". The dictionary defines censorship as suppression of speech or other communication which may be considered objectionable, harmful, sensitive, or inconvenient to the general body of people as determined by a government, media outlet, or other controlling body.
Who is to say what we can see or do? Freedom of speech?
I wanted to portray a human that looked wiped away from everything. I also included a sense of being trapped within the composition. Fallon Galloney is the beautiful model in this shoot - she captured the real emotion of being confined, taken away, and ripped from life.
Not to mention Fallon and I had a blast in the studio!
